Some of you know from my shop message that I have been away from the business due to contracting COVID-19 late August.  I have had complications ever since and am finally feeling the best I have in a very long time. It has not been an easy Journey.  Although slow, things continued to move with the help of my team. The team completely took over production and creation of products as well as shipping/fulfillment in my absence. Orders were incredibly slow for months and for that I do sincerely apologize. That is absolutely not acceptable and is not the standard in which we stand by.

We also realize that your messages and emails went unanswered until now. I am both embarrassed and humbled as I read your messages. You did not deserve this and I completely understand your frustrations. While this is absolutely no excuse, but to give you some insight, I did not have anyone taking care of customer service in my absence. Over 1000 messages and emails have come in between several selling platforms. It has been taking much longer than expected to get it all cleaned up, so please bear with me as I get through all of them.

Our current processing time is 10-15       business days (not including shipping time) for all regular orders and 10-15 business days for wholesale. I am back working as much as I can and in the best health I’ve been in all year. I will be reaching out to each of you on a personally within the next few weeks. I am also training customer service reps and partnering with a fulfillment center to get orders out within 1-3 business days by December 6th, just in time for the holidays. We also have local pick up options at our Fayetteville, GA office (for local Atlanta metropolitan area customers).
