Our Sacred Yoni Detox Steam is blended with Love and Healing herbs in a healing space. When paired with our Yoni oil and Yoni Sacral Affirmations, you will begin to balance your Sacral Chakra. Yoni steaming has been prescribed for thousands of years to support fertility, as well as challenging menstrual cycles, PMS, postpartum healing, menopause, cysts/fibroids, PCOS and more. The different herbs support the healing of each of these issues with some overlap. When we steam the herbs in hot water, the oils of the plants are released into the water and are carried up throughout the steam into our yoni and uterus, where they can do their healing work. Our yoni is the most absorbent point on our bodies. When we bring heat to this space, our blood flow and circulations increases and the healing begins

Yarrow: has been reported to reduce heavy menstrual bleeding and pain. It may be beneficial in conditions that involve spasms in the digestive tract, such as irritable bowel syndrome.
Motherwort: is used for the absence of menstrual periods, intestinal gas (flatulence), and over-active thyroid (hyperthyroidism). It has been known to also significantly reduce the risk of postpartum blood loss. Aids in reducing Inflammation

Ingredients: Wormwood, Yarrrow, Motherwort, Raspberry Leaf, Calendula, Rose Buds, Lavender Buds, Chamomile, and essential oil blend (Lavender, Tea Tree Oil, and Eucalyptus)
Directions: 1. In a medium covered pot, pour 8 cups of water (preferably purified water). 2. Place a 1/2 ounce of fresh herbs into the water. 3. Bring water to a soft boil for 5 minutes. 4. Turn off the heat and leave the lid on and steep for another 5 minutes with the lid on. 5. Be sure to test the temperature of the steam before using. If it is too hot wait 30 seconds and test it again until it feels comfortably warm to steam with. 6. Pour 4 cups (half) of water into the bowl you have placed in your toilet. 7. Wave your hand over the herbal water to make sure it is not too hot. 8. Sit on the seat above the steaming water and drape a large blanket or sheet around your waist down to the floor making sure no steam escapes. 9. You should feel a warm, rolling heat for about 10-15 minutes. Consult your doctor if you experiencing any discomfort or irritation!
